What this site is

Ann Arbor Privacy Fence is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is not a contractor. The site exists to connect property owners in Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County with an independent residential fence contractor who works the area. Any agreement for fence work is made between you and that contractor directly.

General information, not a quote

Pages here describe how privacy fence projects usually go: materials, posts, drainage, repairs and the questions worth asking. That material is general. It is not a quote, a promise of price or timing, or a substitute for a site visit. Zoning, building and association rules differ by address, so confirm them with the local office that sets them before ordering anything. Scope, schedule and cost are set by the contractor after seeing the property.
