Privacy policy

Ann Arbor Privacy Fence is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is a marketing business and is not a contractor; it does not build, install or repair fences. In this policy, “we” means NexTier Digital LLC acting under this trade name.

What we receive

When you fill out a form, send an email or reply to a text, we receive what you choose to give: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the fence you want and any photos. Like most websites, this one also records basic technical details such as browser type, device and the pages viewed.

Why we use it

Your details are used to answer your request, to pass it to a contractor who can quote it, to send texts you agreed to receive, and to keep the site running properly. We do not use them for unrelated purposes.

Who else sees your request

Project details go to the independent residential fence contractor covering your area so that contractor can reach you and price the work. Once received, the contractor keeps its own records under its own practices. We also rely on vendors who host the site, process forms and deliver email and texts; they may use your details only to perform that work. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Records are held for as long as it takes to handle your request and any follow-up, plus whatever period legal or bookkeeping duties demand. After that they are deleted.

Your requests

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request by email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, your number is used only to message you about your request. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only parties that handle them are the messaging providers that actually deliver the texts. Reply STOP at any point to end messages.
